RETURN POLICY

At Noble Blessings, we’re grateful for your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our apparel, mugs, and other physical products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All physical products are custom-made just for you. This means we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or placement variations

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We gladly accept claims for:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Defective printing or construction

  • Incorrect product sent

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nobleblessings.co with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (including the defect/damage and the tag if possible)

We will work with our partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

We rely on third-party shipping providers and unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times. If your tracking information shows significant delay or your package is lost, contact us and we’ll investigate the issue immediately with our partner and the carrier.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
